Provide comprehensive administrative support to Creative Development Executives, including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, call scheduling, and travel arrangements. Assist in the creative evaluation process by reviewing scripts, drafting coverage, and compiling feedback.
Duties include heavy calls, scheduling meetings, tracking client payments and reading scripts.
Serve as first point of contact with clients and executives. Track clients and potential clients. Assist in submitting clients for projects. Track budgets, payments and other financial transactions as needed.
