Track and evaluate incoming submissions for potential consideration by the Current Series team, maintaining accurate records and communicating evaluations to supervisors.
Ensuring that Executive Producer, Story Editor, Writers, Directors are all working from the most current version of the script.
In conjunction with the Development Director, to update the label’s development slate and be responsible for other departmental development logs, databases and systems.
Build and maintain databases and shared drive documentation across multiple projects. Prepare spreadsheets and reports containing confidential information. Review budgets and pull financial information as needed.
Serve as first point of contact with clients, Agents and Executives. Provide significant script coverage for client pitches. Track current and potential clients.
Provide high-level administrative support to one or more executives on the film and television team, working closely with production, creative, and finance partners across a broad slate of projects.
Use and generate briefs to creatively interpret and deliver on budgetary aims. Edit and publish videos using Adobe Premiere and/or bulk asset upload and creation products.
Lead evaluation of Original Series under consideration for greenlight and renewal, synthesizing creative context, financial models, and strategic fit.
Exercises excellent creative and business judgement, especially in spotting the potential in ideas for development or greenlight. Manage relationships with creators, directors, producers, production companies, artist representatives and creative community.
