Support the execution of current programming for FOX Entertainment Studios’ scripted slate, including series produced for the FOX network and third-party buyers (e.g., streamers, cable networks).
Manages all aspects of production, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery. Assists with casting, location scouting, and hiring of key crew members, or approving key members presented by production partners.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend nascent AI technologies for testing on productions globally that impact quality, speed, and/or budget. Identify emerging trends and technologies that could transform production processes.
Support Digital Content Director in execution of content strategies for short form videos with a focus on SPT shows and IP. Assist with digital production, scheduling and deadlines as well as creator outreach & coordination.
Serve as the first point of contact with clients, Agents and Network/Studio Executives. Track and meticulously maintain grids of data and execute excellent follow-up and follow through. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.
Handle daily administrative needs such as 5-minute meeting warnings, file and script uploads, submitting expenses, and OneDrive organization. Maintain the executive office: stocking supplies, coordinating with admins for kitchen/supply orders, and ensuring overall readiness every day.
Review, manage, and assess various department schedules and reports on films – identify risk areas and help address and/or escalate issues. Help production management on films to problem-solve on day-to-day challenges, as needed.
Efficiently support an executive responsible for negotiating deals for writing, directing, acting and producing clients in scripted television. General clerical and administrative duties including letter drafting, filing, handling phones, managing calendars, scheduling, expenses, and office management.
