Efficiently support an executive responsible for negotiating deals for writing, directing, acting and producing clients in scripted television. General clerical and administrative duties including letter drafting, filing, handling phones, managing calendars, scheduling, expenses, and office management.

Read, evaluate, and provide thoughtful coverage and feedback on incoming screenplays and creative submissions, demonstrating strong story instincts and enthusiasm for the development process. Track script & material submissions and maintain internal documentation.
Act as a thought partner for Producers, and Associate/Line Producers in navigating production hurdles; workshop issues ranging from inventory backlogs and catch-up plans to technical bottlenecks and communication breakdowns.
Track submissions, maintain project logs, and update the development slate. Track competitive development at other studios and production companies. Track emerging material by spotting high-potential projects, monitor upcoming books, and matching directors or actors with scripts that fit their next move.
