Develop and maintain day-to-day schedules prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts. Assist with travel itineraries and expense reports.
Track show progress, shooting schedules, owed scenes, and correct inconsistencies in production paperwork. Oversee day-to-day updates from production teams during setup, prep, shooting, and wrap. Provide guidance and resources to productions, including studio policies, contact lists, start memos, and wrap guidelines.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings for Executive Producers and Line Producer. Maintaining production calendar. Interacting with Writers, Line Producers and Story Editors to prepare scripts.
Duties include basic assistance with day-to-day tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Collaborating with hosts, producers, directors, and the production team. The role varies from project to project, including but not limited to logistics, research, asset gathering, and production support, for in-studio and field shoots.
Schedule and prepare team meetings, manage agendas, capture minutes and action items, and help ensure follow-through on key decisions. Support projects through creating presentations, templates, and briefing materials as and when needed.
Arrange extensive international travel, plan, coordinate and execute for business purposes. Prepare detailed itineraries, meetings, events, client engagements, project oversight and travel documentations.
Provide administrative support across development, production, and post-production, while maintaining our back catalogue and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Maintain calendar, and scheduling. Log and review incoming creative submissions. Take notes on calls and meetings.
Tracking and reporting on end-to-end delivery of media, ensuring all production milestones are met from inception through to delivery. Play an integral project management role during large integrated campaigns, tracking timing, briefs and budgets on all projects, including pre- and post-production and reporting.
