Revue Studios, a Wasserman Company, is seeking a highly organized and creatively minded Assistant to support two senior executives with a focus in non-fiction film, tv and formats. This dynamic role blends traditional executive support with hands-on involvement in creative projects. You’ll handle essential administrative duties—like calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination—while also contributing to the development of creative materials such as one-sheets and pitch decks.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong eye for detail, a love of content, and a genuine desire to be a key player on a fast-paced team. It is essential that you are an excellent researcher and writer and are skilled in writing and executing creative decks. Bonus if you are proficient in video editing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the daily schedules of two executives, including coordinating meetings, calls, and deadlines.
- Arrange travel and logistics; prepare expense reports and related documentation.
- Assist with creative writing tasks, participate in brainstorms, and support special projects.
- Generate materials such as one-sheets and pitch decks using tools like Keynote, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Maintain an efficient workflow and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Prior experience supporting executives is a plus (especially in an agency, production company, or entertainment/media setting), but we’re open to fast learners who are eager to grow into the role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Keynote, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and standard office systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent research skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, polished, and confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a close-knit team.
The role is based in Los Angeles, CA and is a hybrid position.
The base salary range is $47,500 annually, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
