Read and watch current material in a timely manner and provide feedback if necessary. Compose correspondence as needed; write synopsis and loglines of episodes for internal scheduling systems and weekly, widely-distributed report.
Coordinates shipping of materials to partner studios and ensures that the work is labeled and filed accurately. Manages day-to-day tracking of CG asset build in production database.
Set and implement original content strategy in Japan. Build relationships with show creators and creative community. Seek out and assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches.

Arranging diaries for executive producers and senior management, and convening meetings. Assisting with submissions for awards ceremonies. Assisting with the smooth running of the office in Wardour Street.
Work closely with the production teams of each TV show and be a primary point of contact for production documents, schedules, budgets to distribute internally.
Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP/Head of Development and additional executives as needed. Proactively anticipate executive and departmental needs while managing competing priorities.
