This position will work closely with literary agents to support talent outreach, communication, and development of the Literary Department.

Maintaining and updating information: contact info, submission grids, slates. Providing creative support such as reviewing submissions, taking notes and tracking competitive projects.
Interface with clients, showrunners, studio and network executives, and producers with professionalism and discretion. Send, track, and manage client script submissions and materials across broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms.
Conduct research related to the film program scope, including documentaries, experimental film, and animation. Work with internal team and external editor to source, compile, and share content for review.
Must have prior experience supporting high-profile talent or executives in a similar fast-paced environment.
Should be organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Maintaining the executive’s calendar. Scheduling meetings & calls, internally & externally. Taking notes in meetings and circulating information to the greater team.
Leading performance analysis of launched content, including audience deep dives and data analysis to inform future content decisions. Preparing valuation analyses (model building, scenario testing) to support deal negotiations.
Assist with tracking production and post-production calendars for multiple productions simultaneously in different phases. Collaborate with other assistants to retrieve information as needed. Help update both daily and monthly production documents.
Providing comprehensive calendar management across time zones. Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics and detailed itineraries. Preparing daily briefings and coordinating executive briefing logistics at vendor facilities.
