Organizes a grid of current series, tracking weekly updates and deliverables (decks, sizzles, cuts). Provides pitch material coverage and gives feedback on various decks and sizzles. Reading articles and books looking for potential nonfiction stories.

Reading and commenting on authors’ new material and submissions. Dealing with enquiries about rights, publicity and author material. Acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries by telephone and email.

Adapting and thriving in dynamic working environments, showcasing agility and flexibility with each coverage assignment. Managing heavy calendars- including scheduling internal and external meetings, and resolving meeting conflicts.

Serve as first point of contact with clients and executives. Track clients and potential clients. Assist in submitting clients for projects. Track budgets, payments and other financial transactions as needed.

Handle essential administrative duties—like calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination—while also contributing to the development of creative materials such as one-sheets and pitch decks.
