Maintain and manage the Executives’ complex calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events both internally and externally across multiple time zones.
Work closely with Associate Producers and Producers by assisting them in editing. video and graphics. Help research and fact check stories with speed and accuracy. Pitch smart and engaging stories for daily and future segments that will resonate with our audience.
Help with location scouting, equipment rentals, creator casting, and crew coordination. Prepare call sheets and support the Producer/ Production Manager in all stages of production. Provide support during shoots, including managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and assisting with talent.
