In conjunction with the Development Director, to update the label’s development slate and be responsible for other departmental development logs, databases and systems.
Serve as first point of contact with clients, Agents and Executives. Provide significant script coverage for client pitches. Track current and potential clients.
Support VPs & EVP in their negotiations, including but not limited to evaluating commercial deals with external partners, drafting offer letters, submitting board approvals and managing internal systems and teams on the pathway to achieving greenlight for projects.
Duties include handling client appointments, managing travel/schedule for manager and clients, heavy phones and overall office upkeep.
Manage complex calendars for several Directors located in Amsterdam and Rome, including scheduling internal and external meetings with multiple parties across various time zones.
Working closely with the PA & Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the office and team schedules. Supporting the development team administratively as and when required.
Support the animation team throughout production by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes and tracking action points.
Interns will gain experience in reading and analyzing incoming material. They will be exposed to writers, directors and producers throughout the creative process.
Coordinate general meetings for department executives, maintain scripts, schedules, master lists and all other related documents for all shows/movies.
