Order and coordinate graphic elements for air. Oversee the airing of all graphic elements in control room during live program. Work closely with producers to research, select and locate required footage for broadcast.

An actress based in New York City is seeking an experienced writer’s assistant.

Assist with multiple aspects of production including: compiling research for production team and talent, creating graphics and lower thirds during breaking news and special coverage, sourcing and transcribing video.

Maintain and distribute an updated schedule to Graphics, Lighting, and Stage Managers for the current and upcoming week of production. Keep an updated hard copy posted for reference in control room.

Serve as the first point of contact with clients, Agents and Network/Studio Executives. Track and meticulously maintain grids of data and execute excellent follow-up and follow through. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.

Learning to write coverage on script. Reading and analyzing incoming material as well as scripts our team is developing. Compiling research on properties for possible option.
