Responsible for working with the show producers to view, log, cut, and cue tapes of studio show elements. Other duties include supporting show staff with administrative projects and show needs and prep.

Actively participates in pitch meetings, reads pitch materials acquired through various sources and provides feedback on pitches. Collaborates with various creative talent, including writers, artists and directors, to oversee the creation of development materials from pitch through greenlight to series.
Assisting department with day-to-day functions and material organization – updating and creating grids, note taking on calls and meetings, scheduling meetings with key partners and producers, etc. Reading and providing feedback on incoming and existing material.
Handle essential administrative duties—like calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination—while also contributing to the development of creative materials such as one-sheets and pitch decks.
Proactively manages smooth operations of the executives’ calendar, record-keeping, and office, being mindful of deadlines and priorities. Read and watch material and provide feedback as necessary.
