Research, build & share weekly newsletter recapping relevant client & industry news for talent-driven production companies. Support in building materials for client production companies (e.g., pitch decks, films slates, etc.).
Heavy scheduling, call volume & rolling calls, heavy travel organization, expenses, management of databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation.
Coordinate and manage complex scheduling and calendar management. Ensure all internal/external contacts are up-to-date and maintained across all devices and communication methods for Executive. Distribute daily schedule to Executive and discuss any changes or notes for the day.
Support the Post-Production team from development through final delivery and air. Distribute calendars and maintain trackers (e.g., scripts, cut delivery dates) for the entire TV department. Manage the wrap process and organize storage of all show assets.
Manage calendars for the President and EVP, including scheduling conference calls and meetings and closely monitoring calendars to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Play a pivotal role in shaping a slate of provocative, contemporary, and engaging drama for global audiences.
Source and negotiate third-party content acquisition opportunities across all genres, with a core focus on the US market, supporting FOX’s global content distribution strategy.
Support day-to-day operations, production activities, and the President.
