Multi-skilled VT APs who have worked on large scale studio entertainment formats, have a track record setting up shoots and extensive experience of planning location VTs, as well as an understanding of what goes into producing master interviews with contributors.

Responsibilities range from standard assistant duties to project and client development.
Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, and talent on a regular basis and therefore professionalism and great customer service is needed. Tracking internal docs (i.e. status of pitches, what is being read by the team, what has been passed on, what the team is acquiring).
Learn how to provide daily administrative support including but not limited to rolling calls, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, providing remote support, submitting expense reports, etc.
Handles complex inquiries and issues related to top-level Film/TV/Visual Media composers, publishers, and their representatives. Conducts comprehensive investigation.
Handles daily incoming general calls, mail, faxes and e-mails regarding statements, cue sheets, membership, applications, publisher information and anything that pertains to film/TV royalties.
Project analysis. Create lists of directors, writers, and actors for projects in development. When appropriate and asked for, provide verbal or written feedback on drafts or dailies for projects in production.
General administrative tasks including complex scheduling, screening phone calls, calendar management, processing expenses, coordinating travel, and reserving office spaces.
Work closely with Producers and other members of the show team to find and edit the best video, sound and graphics for assigned stories.
Log, track, and manage all actor submissions, audition tapes, and related digital assets to support casting decisions and project continuity. Assist senior casting executives in drafting character breakdowns and casting briefs, contributing to the development of compelling and precise role descriptions.
