Evaluate the quality of scripts and offer creative feedback. Track writers and directors. Seek out and assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches.
Supporting the Production Management Team with the day-to-day operational tasks and logistics across the series.
Supporting teams in the production office, on location or in studio environments. Helping to research stories, contributors and locations for programmes.
Manage projects through development or production, provide first-pass creative feedback, and build relationships with emerging creative talent.
Support the host and editorial team in all aspects of daily show production. Assist with pre-production, live production, and post-production tasks.
Serve as first point of contact with clients, Agents and Executives. Provide significant script coverage for client pitches.
Determine creative strategy for projects and administer creative notes to showrunners, writers, and producers on all outlines, scripts, and cuts of current series.
Oversee all administrative duties for the VPs of Production, including intense scheduling and management of calendars, managing phones, and handling expense reports. Perform coverage and other such reviews of creative and production material, as necessary.
Write an average of 8 categories per week. Source material to show standards (no Wikipedia, no AI). Contribute to writers’ meetings with constructive feedback on game material.
