Communicating with high-profile clients, studio/network executives, promoters, and managers, while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism. Submitting material and tracking clients for television and film projects.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage a complex, fast-paced schedule and respond seamlessly to shifting creative priorities on a studio feature.
Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Head of Production and as needed, the scripted production team. Prepare and send a daily agenda outlining meetings, priorities, deadlines, and production updates.
Organizing and maintaining documents, including scripts, call sheets, and related materials. Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support.
Highly organized, efficient, and proactive, with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment. A background or strong interest in digital media, YouTube, and social platforms is a plus.
