Work closely with the production teams of each TV show and be a primary point of contact for production documents, schedules, budgets to distribute internally.

Managing appointments & reservations, maintaining Rolodex, booking conference rooms, facilitating IT support, generating parking passes, managing arrivals, cataloging and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating meals, setting reminders, and ordering & restocking office materials.

Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations. Manage domestic and international travel. Manage expense report coordination and submission.

Assist with the creative development of film and television projects. Track submissions, scripts, notes, meetings, and project milestones. Coordinate with writers, executives, talent representatives, production teams, and other collaborators.

Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP/Head of Development and additional executives as needed. Proactively anticipate executive and departmental needs while managing competing priorities.

Read and engage with material proactively. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.

Availability for occasional domestic and/or international travel, including short-term and extended trips. Direct support across day-to-day personal, professional, and production-related needs

Managing client communications and day-to-day interactions with professionalism and discretion. Reading material and preparing script coverage.

Responsibilities will include rolling calls, monitoring emails, scheduling, arranging travel, meals & gifts, and expenses.

Convey Amazon MGM Studios Canadian Originals Scripted strategy among Canadian industry. Exercise creative and business judgement, especially in spotting the potential in ideas.
