Assist with tracking production and post-production calendars for multiple productions simultaneously in different phases. Collaborate with other assistants to retrieve information as needed. Help update both daily and monthly production documents.

Reading and analyzing incoming material and new drafts for projects currently in development. Scheduling meetings with key players in the industry. Updating grids and status reports.

Lead end-to-end production for UK commissions, from development through delivery, meeting agreed timelines, budgets and editorial standards.

Track, organize, and distribute scripts, budgets, schedules, one-liners, day-out-of-days, call sheets, production reports, and related materials. Monitor production reporting and help ensure adherence to studio policies, procedures, and reporting expectations, escalating issues when appropriate.
