Assist in compiling research for anchor, maintaining on-air updates during live program. Gather information on breaking news stories for anchors to relay on air. Print scripts for anchors and create one-sheets on guests.

Researches and gathers materials and information necessary for the preparation and execution of production, such as preparing all paperwork and setup required for turnovers and kickoffs both internally and overseas.

Liaising with Assistant Producers, Producers and Art Department, alongside delegating to Runners. You will ensure a smooth workflow and make sure everyone has everything they need from pre to post production.

Maintain an awareness of the agent’s obligations (internal and external) to anticipate needs. Manage heavy call volume. Schedule meetings based on a complex calendar.
