Serve as the first point of contact with clients, Agents and Network/Studio Executives. Track and meticulously maintain grids of data and execute excellent follow-up and follow through. Read scripts and provide script coverage.

Assist anchors with pre-show preparation. Assist segment producers with gathering elements for air.
Undertake research and prepare materials ahead of meetings, including notetaking and follow-up actions where required. Track and maintain key team resources such as talent lists and coverage charts, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date.
Pitch smart and engaging stories for daily and future segments that will resonate with our audience. Keep a constant eye on show rundowns to make sure our video and graphics are in place, accurate and current.
Handles daily incoming general calls, mail, faxes and e-mails regarding statements, cue sheets, membership, applications, publisher information and anything that pertains to film/TV royalties.
Responsible for delivering/retrieving all materials (packages, tapes, lunch, etc.) in a timely manner to/from the correct and appropriate recipients.
Maintaining calendars for our executives, in place, including booking and confirming meetings. Maintaining a log used to track projects and their status. Taking notes in meetings and circulating information to the broader team.
