Support the Post-Production team from development through final delivery and air. Distribute calendars and maintain trackers (e.g., scripts, cut delivery dates) for the entire TV department. Manage the wrap process and organize storage of all show assets.
Manage calendars for the President and EVP, including scheduling conference calls and meetings and closely monitoring calendars to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Provide creative notes and guidance – review scripts, cuts, and production materials to deliver constructive feedback that supports showrunners, writers, directors, and producers.
