Proactively complete calendar management which includes scheduling meetings (both internally and externally), managing scheduling conflicts, prioritization, and confirming meetings multiple weeks to months in advance.
Assist with the creative development of film and television projects. Track submissions, scripts, notes, meetings, and project milestones. Coordinate with writers, executives, talent representatives, production teams, and other collaborators.
