Provide comprehensive administrative support to two Vice Presidents, acting as the primary point of contact for scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Manage script/submission coverage and communication with story analysts internally as well as ensure that submissions are responded to externally in a timely fashion.

Manage a rapidly changing calendar, including high-volume internal and external meetings. Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and itineraries.
Support all non-editorial needs of the talent, including – but not limited to – maintaining their calendar, arranging travel and reconciling expense reports. Collaborate with CNN executives, producers and PR to schedule shoots, promotional opportunities and other professional commitments
Manage complex administrative tasks, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, agents and managers, additional senior executives, and help drive the success of the Drama department.
Watch cuts and read incoming scripts to write loglines and log material.
Arrange extensive international travel, plan, coordinate and execute for business purposes. Prepare detailed itineraries, meetings, events, client engagements, project oversight and travel documentations.
Prepare and coordinate logistics and materials for meetings, events, and off sites. Track script and material submissions and maintain internal documentation.
Manage a dynamic calendar and complex scheduling. Coordinate and book travel arrangements. Handle professional and personal administrative tasks.
Capable of managing complex schedules, calls, and communications in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience at a talent agency or management company is strongly preferred.
