Track show progress, shooting schedules, owed scenes, and correct inconsistencies in production paperwork. Oversee day-to-day updates from production teams during setup, prep, shooting, and wrap. Provide guidance and resources to productions, including studio policies, contact lists, start memos, and wrap guidelines.

Evaluating books/scripts and writing clear, concise coverage. Contributing creatively to projects when helpful. Support in day-to-day operations.
Assisting department with day-to-day functions and material organization – updating and creating grids, note taking on calls and meetings, scheduling meetings with key partners and producers, etc. Reading and providing feedback on incoming and existing material.
General administrative tasks including phone coverage and running occasional errands. Preparing and reviewing pitch materials and contributing creative projects. Work closely with executive assistants and other team members to support day-to-day operations.
Provide Creative Executives with development research and coverage. Heavy scheduling and support for two busy film and series executives. Attend and/or transcribe notes from creative department meetings.
