Provide comprehensive administrative support to Creative Development Executives, including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, call scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Oversee projects in development, pre-production and production. Collaborate with show producers, line producers, production managers and creative executives and offer assessments on budgets, production plans, and schedules. Includes feedback on production risks and/or options that can impact staying on budget and schedule.
Produces creative content such as “making of” documentaries, marketing featurettes, sizzle reels and social content for major platforms.
Heavy scheduling, call volume & rolling calls, heavy travel organization, expenses, management of databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation.
Manage all stages of production: development, pre-production, shooting, post-production, and final delivery. Ensure workflows, budgets, and schedules support creative and business goals. Maintain clear standards for quality and approvals.
The position demands exceptional judgment in managing relationships with Amazon colleagues, creators, creator representatives, and key industry stakeholders.
Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, ensuring calendar is aligned with changing business priorities.
Work with the Director and Writer in story development to brainstorm and foster story concepts from the outline or script to be assigned to Storyboard Artists. Hire, train, and develop the story department. Lead Storyboard Artists and the storyboarding process.
