Attend important production events including weekly business review meetings, production calls, table reads, records, etc.
Oversee scripted content projects through development, production, and post-production. Partner with show producers, line producers, production managers, and creative executives to assess budgets, schedules, and production plans.
Duties include handling client appointments, managing travel/schedule for manager and clients, heavy phones and overall office upkeep.

Seek out and assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches. Recruit new creative talent. Work with writers to develop story and scripts.
Lead evaluation of Original Series under consideration for greenlight and renewal, synthesizing creative context, financial models, and strategic fit.
Exercises excellent creative and business judgement, especially in spotting the potential in ideas for development or greenlight. Manage relationships with creators, directors, producers, production companies, artist representatives and creative community.
