FOX Sports is searching for a Production Assistant to join First Things First. Under regular supervision, the Production Assistant is responsible for working with the show producers to view, log, cut, and cue tapes of studio show elements. Other duties include supporting show staff with administrative projects and show needs and prep.
A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities:
- View, log, cut, and cue tapes for studio show
- Work under the producers in handling video needs for the day-to-day shows and long-term elements
- Archive video for use in future shows
- Formalize and gain an understanding of the graphic production of the show
What You Will Need:
- Some experience in show production and/or technical operations
- Vast knowledge of sports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sports production environment
- Proficient with computers, Internet, email, telephone, and printer
Nice to Have but Not a Dealbreaker:
- Bachelor’s degree
The position is based in Los Angeles, CA. The salary range is $19 to $22.60 per hour.
