Spring 2026 Intern, TV Development for Legendary Entertainment

Legendary is currently seeking an intern to assist the TV Development Team. The internship will give you first-hand experience of how a TV development team works within a studio. The intern will be exposed to the development process at all stages and will have the opportunity to learn from all members of the creative team. During the program, interns will have face time with supervisors daily to discuss assignments, get feedback on their work, and ask questions about development and the industry. In addition, the intern will work closely with the executives and members of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth coverage of incoming material.
  • Research on development projects, potential IP, etc.
  • Provide notes and creative feedback on scripts in active development.
  • Update internal lists, databases, and grids used by the creative team.

Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (Summer/Fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months.
  • A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Google Drive also a plus.

Our part-time, paid internship program provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment within the entertainment industry. Interns can work up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. Participants will engage in real projects, gaining practical industry insights while developing professional skills through workshops and career-building sessions. The program also features guest speaker events with industry experts, networking opportunities with professionals and fellow interns, and exclusive perks such as company outings, team-building activities, and access to film and media screenings.

The salary range isĀ $16.90 to $18.90/hour. The program dates: Monday, January 26 to Friday, April 3, 2026.
