Provide day-to-day support for Production and Creative Executives during various stages of development, prep, and production.
Read multiple episodic, half-hour scripts daily. With your incredible attention to detail, you will be able to notice even the most minor of continuity errors in script.
Prepare and schedule for various internal/external meetings such as casting concept calls, live casting sessions, department meetings and presentations.
Oversees and approves all Call Sheets, Production Reports, Deal Memos, Work Authorizations, Rental Authorizations, etc. Participates in production scouts and planning.
Manage the President’s calendar, prioritizing and organizing schedules to optimize the President’s time, and partner closely with the Chief-of-Staff when scheduling all meetings, appointments, events, and travel.
Track and evaluate incoming submissions for potential consideration by the Current Series team, maintaining accurate records and communicating evaluations to supervisors.
Review and validate deal memos submitted by casting directors and production teams, ensuring they adhere to applicable guild regulations and the studio’s internal policies.
Provide high-level administrative support to one or more executives on the film and television team, working closely with production, creative, and finance partners across a broad slate of projects.
