Take notes during writer’s meetings, story note meetings, and animatic reviews. Ensure that executive notes are received in a timely manner, accurately transcribed, saved in the appropriate format, and distributed. Generate physical scripts for recording sessions (record drafts), as well as pickup and ADR sheets.
Assist with research for on-air appearances including shows, guest appearances, radio appearances and podcasts. Manage an active calendar of appointments and book and coordinate extensive travel arrangements.
Define the creative strategy for unscripted content, establishing the tone, language, and visual DNA of each format. Lead ideation sessions, develop new original concepts, and adapt international properties to the Latin and US Hispanic context.
Develop, manage, and monitor production budgets, cost reports, and forecasts. Create and supervise production schedules across pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
Maintain an awareness of the agent’s obligations (internal and external) to anticipate needs. Manage heavy call volume. Schedule meetings based on a complex calendar. Take notes in meetings and calls.
Support all non-editorial needs of the talent, including – but not limited to – maintaining their calendar, arranging travel and reconciling expense reports. Collaborate with CNN executives, producers and PR to schedule shoots, promotional opportunities and other professional commitments
Gathering all artwork including character models, props and location designs for shipments to production facilities, including labelling, categorizing and creating final model packs for shipment. Organizing asset files, uploads models to Insight, preps files for Background Painters and Color Designer.
Coordinate any/all of the following meetings: Storyboard Handouts, Design Reviews, Pitches, Leica Screenings, Art Approvals, Animatic Reviews and any additional Production specific requests.
Work side-by-side with production managers, producers, and creative partners to ensure projects are organized, on time, and on budget.
