Assist with all office duties (telephones, schedules, calendar, files, correspondence, travel, expense, reports, etc.) for EVP of Physical Production. Serve as liaison between production office and studio with respect to policy and procedure compliance and verify systems are in place.

Serve as first point of contact with clients, Agents and Executives. Track current and potential clients. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.

Coordinate meetings, maintain database of all casting and production related materials. Interface with all levels of NBCU as well assist in communication with talent agencies, management companies, casting directors and the creative community at large on a daily basis.

Coordinate a high volume of internal and external meeting requests and pitch submissions for department executives, updating creative materials, schedules, master lists and all other related documents. Manage the project submission process and upkeep of submission logs.

Reading and commenting on authors’ new material and submissions. Dealing with enquiries about rights, publicity and author material. Acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries by telephone and email.
