Responsibilities will include rolling calls, monitoring emails, scheduling, arranging travel, meals & gifts, and expenses.

Convey Amazon MGM Studios Canadian Originals Scripted strategy among Canadian industry. Exercise creative and business judgement, especially in spotting the potential in ideas.

Support creating external pitch decks and sales material. Producing PowerPoint presentations as required. Attend industry events, screening, and licensor meetings, as required.

Develop and execute a strategy that maximizes all content development. Supervises and manages the scripted development department.

Supporting Head of US Scripted Series Post, Head of Production and all departmental-related and series-related projects, internal and external requests and team initiatives.

Coordinate end-to-end activation workflows from RFP receipt through activation including kickoff steps, asset intake, routing materials for feedback, and final delivery of approved assets to execution teams.

Contribute constructive creative feedback for script drafts for projects in development and in conjunction with collective notes from the development and acquisitions team.

Leading performance analysis of launched content, including audience deep dives and data analysis to inform future content decisions. Preparing valuation analyses (model building, scenario testing) to support deal negotiations.

Assist with tracking production and post-production calendars for multiple productions simultaneously in different phases. Collaborate with other assistants to retrieve information as needed. Help update both daily and monthly production documents.
