Coordinate and manage complex scheduling and calendar management. Ensure all internal/external contacts are up-to-date and maintained across all devices and communication methods for Executive. Distribute daily schedule to Executive and discuss any changes or notes for the day.
Oversee all documents and systems relating to Development, i.e., tracking all materials coming in and uploading them to the proper BOX file, maintaining systems and grids tracking all development projects, tracking BA terms for when development products are expiring, etc.
The position demands exceptional judgment in managing relationships with Amazon colleagues, creators, creator representatives, and key industry stakeholders.
