Managing the active slate of scripted live-action comedy and animated series, guiding each show from greenlight through final delivery. Partner with showrunners, writers, and executive producers throughout all phases of production: pre-production, shooting, post-production, and delivery.
Research, build & share weekly newsletter recapping relevant client & industry news for talent-driven production companies. Support in building materials for client production companies (e.g., pitch decks, films slates, etc.).
Tracking contracts, and maintaining data on deals, studio release calendars, market share files, and any other information needed to best serve our clients. Serving as the first point of contact with clients and executives.
Support production-related planning, logistics, and budgets, working closely with the Senior Production Manager, internal teams, and freelance crew to ensure projects run smoothly from development through delivery.
Maintain a heavy calendar for a Production Management executive, including booking and confirming meetings & calls, both internally & externally, as well as managing travel.
General clerical and administrative duties including letter drafting, filing and office management. Editing, proofreading, summarizing agreements and correspondence under the supervision of the executive. Serve as first point of contact with clients, Agents and Executives.
Oversee all documents and systems relating to Development, i.e., tracking all materials coming in and uploading them to the proper BOX file, maintaining systems and grids tracking all development projects, tracking BA terms for when development products are expiring, etc.
