Track submissions (scripts, books, writing samples); compile notes and feedback. Create notes documents and maintain development grids. Conduct research on talent, industry trends, and creative material to support development decisions.
Provide administrative support across development, production, and post-production, while maintaining our back catalogue and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Track and read submissions and writing samples, and offer written thoughts in a timely manner. Offer critical feedback on creative submissions. Support and track ongoing efforts to search for fresh comedic and artistic voices.
Maintain calendar, and scheduling. Log and review incoming creative submissions. Take notes on calls and meetings.
Evaluating books/scripts and writing clear, concise coverage. Contributing creatively to projects when helpful. Support in day-to-day operations.
Actively participates in pitch meetings, reads pitch materials acquired through various sources and provides feedback on pitches. Collaborates with various creative talent, including writers, artists and directors, to oversee the creation of development materials from pitch through greenlight to series.
General administrative tasks including phone coverage and running occasional errands. Preparing and reviewing pitch materials and contributing creative projects. Work closely with executive assistants and other team members to support day-to-day operations.
Working closely with executives, producers, and fellow coordinators, you’ll help shape projects, evaluate material, and support Tricky Knot’s creative vision and commitment to excellence.
Find and book compelling guests for the show, following booking protocols. Write preparation documents for interviews. Develop and produce guest segments.
