Report to the VP and work closely with the creative teams, Executives and Department Heads to ensure the production achieves the highest quality possible within the approved budget and schedule. This role will oversee multiple types of projects, primarily scripted animated television series and pilots.
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Office, taking day-to-day direction from the Director, Office of the CCO to align with leadership priorities.
Familiarize yourself with our shows, research actors, update reports, compile memos, and support various talent initiatives and outreach. In addition, you will also handle some basic administrative duties of light desk and phone coverage.
Evaluate drafts of current projects and create reports for distribution. Write episodic summaries and create current season reports. Track submissions, manage delivery of incoming scripts and cuts, and track shooting schedules.
Watching internal cuts and attending internal and external notes meetings. Watching buzzworthy documentary films and providing timely and thorough coverage. Tracking and evaluating incoming submissions and attending pitch meetings.
Proactively manages smooth operations of the executive’s calendar and office, being mindful of deadlines and priorities. Organizes heavy calendar scheduling, facilitates heavy email and phone correspondence; submits expense reports, purchasing requests for supplied; books travel arrangements.
Organize and maintain schedules, create rosters, and manage calendars for three busy Contract and Casting Administration executives. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Coordinates meetings and flow of information throughout department and to outside entities such as networks, producing partners and more. Assists senior executives with logistics and creative during the development and production of series.
Responsible for creating and processing contracts for voice actors, coordinating the hiring of teachers for sessions involving minors, preparing and maintaining data spreadsheets for research and tracking, processing time sheets, managing special administrative projects, and performing a variety of administrative duties.
