United Talent Agency (UTA) seeks an Assistant to support a Department Head and Partner at UTA.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who has exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support including managing heavy phones, calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments through a series of detailed grids.
- Create client submission lists, handle client bookings, and manage all client correspondence.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
- Manage expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support client projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments within UTA to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the entertainment industry is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
- A passion for entertainment and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
