Work with the Director and Writer in story development to brainstorm and foster story concepts from the outline or script to be assigned to Storyboard Artists. Hire, train, and develop the story department. Lead Storyboard Artists and the storyboarding process.
Collaborate with CandyJarTV writers to insert viral shareable moments into scripts (anchor scenes, quotable lines, meme worthy beats). Attend shoots regularly in Los Angeles to film and capture behind the scenes and scripted social moments with CandyJarTV actors.
Lead members of the in-house physical production team to ensure scheduling, budgeting, and planning tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency. Help maintain strategic oversight on a slate of 40+ projects per year (movies and series).
Responsible for managing heavy phones, setting appointments and meetings, updating calendars, booking travel, as well as coordinating alongside the creative team as needed.
Assist with various stages of Development, Prep, Production, and Post Production. Attend and help set up internal studio meetings and meetings with our productions. Read any and all available scripts.
