Support the Post-Production team from development through final delivery and air. Distribute calendars and maintain trackers (e.g., scripts, cut delivery dates) for the entire TV department. Manage the wrap process and organize storage of all show assets.

Oversee the development team, line-managing one of the three development and production executives and the development editor, as well as mentoring junior staff across the wider team, to ensure they are meeting Film4’s needs in terms of the slate, identifying new talent, covering theatre, books, TV talent etc.

Maintain and manage the Executives’ complex calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events both internally and externally across multiple time zones.

Work closely with Associate Producers and Producers by assisting them in editing. video and graphics. Help research and fact check stories with speed and accuracy. Pitch smart and engaging stories for daily and future segments that will resonate with our audience.

Help with location scouting, equipment rentals, creator casting, and crew coordination. Prepare call sheets and support the Producer/ Production Manager in all stages of production. Provide support during shoots, including managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and assisting with talent.

Assist in compiling research for anchor, maintaining on-air updates during live program. Gather information on breaking news stories for anchors to relay on air. Print scripts for anchors and create one-sheets on guests.
