Provides overall general assistance to the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor and crew within a specific department(s). Be in service to the production (i.e. seek ways to proactively support the crew, Production Coordinator and Production Supervisor, build the trust of the artists, know when to elevate issues, understand priorities and how to balance multiple requests including those which may come from outside of your department).

Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments through a series of detailed grids. Create client submission lists, handle client bookings, and manage all client correspondence.

Set the product vision and lead roadmap development for SPE’s New Media products, aligning product priorities with business goals and technical feasibility. Grow and lead a high-performing product organization, including mentoring product managers and shaping team structure as the group scales.

Support the Head of Production, Roku Media on all aspects of physical production. Provide administrative support to the Head of Production including; scheduling meetings, organizing incoming documents, submit expense reports, and undertaking various projects associated with the overall business.

Brainstorm, develop and, in some cases, produce original series for YouTube Kids. Familiarize yourself with company-owned IP and seek out opportunities to re-develop for a YouTube Kids audience. Create pitch decks and development materials and/or hire contractors to assist in putting together necessary materials.

Schedule notes calls, notes meetings, general meetings and pitches. Provide telephone support, manage schedule and travel arrangements for two department heads/SVPs and process expense reports.

Track clients, breaking news stories, industry movement, and trends. Assist in new client discovery, pursuit, and signing. Prepare pitch materials for clients and assist in sending submissions to networks.

Edit news b-roll using Adobe Premier. Create graphics in Spanish for the newscast. Operate studio cameras and broadcasting equipment. Help journalists to cover and develop stories.
