Maintain calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements and itineraries, and expense reports for the department’s co-heads. This includes arranging internal and external meetings, internal screenings, and working with company’s travel agency.

Responsibilities include maintaining calendar, scheduling, answering and rolling calls, coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Analyze and improve efficiencies of creative decision-making mechanisms between our U.S./Global Film. Creative, Production, Content Strategy, Theatrical Distribution, Finance, Programming Strategy, Consumer.

Maintain organizational systems for tracking project materials, incoming submissions, and other high-priority requests to ensure timely response and accurate record keeping.

Review incoming pitch materials, write detailed coverage, and provide creative recommendations to the development team to inform greenlight decisions.

Assist agent in all professional administrative matters. Analyze content and related material.

The TV Development and Current Series Intern will shadow and be able to share their creative point of view on content with high-level executives on both sides of Development and Production.
