Provide comprehensive administrative support to Development Executives, including diary management, handling internal and external queries, and supporting projects on the Development slate. Manage the submissions and queries process, ensuring all correspondence is logged and tracked, following up with team members to guarantee timely, considered responses.

Serve as the first point of contact with clients, Agents and Network/Studio Executives. Track and meticulously maintain grids of data and execute excellent follow-up and follow through. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.

Preparing and reviewing pitch materials, running occasional errands, and contributing creatively when appropriate. Work closely with executive assistants and other team members to support day-to-day operations.
