Assist with various stages of Development, Prep, Production, and Post Production. Attend and help set up internal studio meetings and meetings with our productions. Read any and all available scripts.

Maintain an awareness of the agent’s obligations (internal and external) to anticipate needs. Manage heavy call volume. Schedule meetings based on a complex calendar.

Manage the Executive Producer of Dateline’s Outlook calendar by scheduling confidential meetings with high-level internal/external production executives, talent, and Dateline members; moving & rescheduling meetings accordingly.

Assist producers with sourcing visual elements, including video and graphics. Clear footage and social content for air across broadcast and digital platforms. Help coordinate logistics for shoots, including travel and field production support.
