Key responsibilities include organising and booking suppliers, coordinating local crew and runner hires, managing production logistics, supporting sustainability initiatives, and maintaining clear communication across all production departments throughout the project.

Serve as the first point of contact with clients, Agents and Network/Studio Executives. Track and meticulously maintain grids of data and execute excellent follow-up and follow through.

General clerical and administrative duties including answering phones, meeting and schedule coordination, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, and travel coordination.

Ingest shoot footage, log and label assets, and build organized folders that segment producers can write directly from.

Assist with multiple aspects of production including: compiling research for production team and talent, creating graphics and lower thirds during breaking news and special coverage, sourcing and gathering and editing video.

Collaborate with experienced creatives, gain hands-on exposure across the full production process, and take real ownership from day one.

Source, evaluate, and develop feature film material including original pitches, scripts, books, articles, and other underlying IP. Provide thoughtful and actionable creative feedback on scripts, outlines, treatments, decks, and filmmaker presentations.

This position will work closely with literary agents to support talent outreach, communication, and development of the Literary Department.

Responsibilities for the role include heavy scheduling, answering phones, travel coordination, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive and the office.

Act as showrunner across assigned special projects, events, and productions, owning execution from concept through final delivery.
