You will be the preliminary point of contact for all administrative inbound and outbound aspects for the Chief Executive Officer that include: calendar management, setting and scheduling meetings, note-taking, rolling calls, managing and submitting expense reports, etc.

Responsible for supporting production executives through a variety of administrative tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for show production offices, coordinate meetings, manage executive travel, and produce essential documents such as hiring charts and production calendars.

Serve as a senior creative partner to the Project Director in shaping the overall story slate. Own assigned projects from development through release, acting as the primary producer. Collaborate with Story Producers, directors, writers, editors, and creative partners to develop strong narrative arcs across formats.

Maintain an awareness of the agent’s obligations (internal and external) to anticipate needs. Manage heavy call volume. Schedule meetings based on a complex calendar.

Meeting with agents and shadowing assistants across the department to gain a thorough understanding of what it takes to be a successful future Scripted TV agent. Support with various department projects and administrative tasks, such as script coverage, updating grids, etc.
