Manage and maintain calendars, travel arrangements and expenses for executive team. Screen incoming calls, correspondence, interoffice materials and can prioritize and respond appropriately.

Organize and prioritize deadlines, follow through on tasks and keep your manager informed of your progress. Roll calls, take detailed notes, and manage / update submission log and call log. Read and provide coverage on a high volume of material (books, scripts, etc).
Managing complex scheduling and rolling calls; tracking, drafting, and distributing correspondence; maintaining databases; organizing digital and physical files; and providing project management support across an active and diverse slate of projects.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Creative Development Executives, including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, call scheduling, and travel arrangements. Assist in the creative evaluation process by reviewing scripts, drafting coverage, and compiling feedback.
