Efficiently support an executive responsible for negotiating deals for writing, directing, acting and producing clients in scripted television. General clerical and administrative duties including letter drafting, filing, handling phones, managing calendars, scheduling, expenses, and office management.

Serve as first point of contact with clients, Agents and Executives. Track current and potential clients. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.
Manage submissions, prioritize readings, and track status once in development. Assist in tracking and coordinating scripted development and production across a robust slate of original movies.
Support show execution by collaborating cross-functionally and completing assigned production tasks with guidance. Assist live and pre-taped elements through strong organization, communication, and reliable follow-through in fast-paced environments.
Overall administrative support for the two Vice Presidents. Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, departments, and brands while respecting the need for flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment
Oversee assigned shows and support development including evaluation of source material, creative concept and casting and current and production matters including staffing of showrunners, directors and key production positions.
Assisting with admin and feedback for the editorial review process across the team. Liaise with other Production Assistant(s) and the wider Production Team and Company where necessary.
Create original format ideas across priority genres and for specific channels; looking for quick wins, premium tentpoles and returnable franchises. Track briefs, slots, ratings and competitor moves, positioning each idea to the right buyer and time.
Provide significant script coverage for client pitches. Track current and potential clients. Read and engage with material proactively.
Support high-volume executive slates, covering many titles in various stages of Development, Production, and Post. -Track show-level calendars and data, keeping internal systems up to date.
