Schedule appointments, maintain and update the executive(s) daily calendars while anticipating needs of executive and team. Work independently and resourcefully, making decisions and solving problems across calendars and time management.
Oversee all phases of physical production to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with creative objectives. Develop, manage, and report on production budgets, ensuring financial accountability through cost tracking, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Responsibilities will include rolling calls, monitoring emails, scheduling, arranging travel, meals & gifts, and expenses.
Participate with Resource and Innovation Teams with a focus on R&D, identifying and testing new software and workflows. In addition to note taking and report sharing. Maintain an Innovation database in partnership with development with respect to prospective animation partners.
Assist producers and coordinators with pre-production tasks including scheduling, budgeting support, and call sheet preparation. Support with on-set and location shoots: set-up and pack-down, managing equipment, props and supplies, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Coordinates meetings and flow of information throughout department and to outside entities such as networks, producing partners and more. Assists senior executives with logistics and creative during the development and production of series.
Provide analytical and data-driven support for content strategy formulation and execution. Collect and analyze service viewing data and market information from external resources. Gather and analyze procurement slates, and propose selection methods.
Assist production with location scouting. Update production databases. Assist producers with brainstorming and pitching.
Executes development agenda for the television division. Procures new projects by representing Alloy in the creative community. Builds and deepens existing relationships while constantly creating new ones. Attracting talent by presenting a deep knowledge of the work of the writers, directors, and creators.
