Manage an extremely active calendar with frequent shifting priorities; schedule meetings, production reviews, screenings and conference calls, coordinating across multiple time zones and with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee all administrative duties for the VPs of Production, including intense scheduling and management of calendars, managing phones, and handling expense reports. Perform coverage and other such reviews of creative and production material, as necessary.
Responsibilities include maintaining calendar, scheduling, answering and rolling calls, coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Work closely with the production teams of each TV show and be a primary point of contact for production documents, schedules, budgets to distribute internally.
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external businesses to drive project momentum by facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders and advancing production priorities.
Works with EVP Physical Production in handling the physical pre-production, production and wrap of major theatrical feature films (both domestic and foreign).
