Takes delivery of all project submissions at varying stages (scripts, works-in-progress, finished films), logs and organizes them and on a weekly basis using the company’s Airtable database, oversees meetings to disseminate said projects to various executives in the department and the company.
Create and edit compelling videos and graphics. Produce guest segments and reporter hits while coordinating with studio and field crews. Pitch story ideas and produce segments.
Manage heavy call volume. Schedule meetings based on a complex calendar. Take notes in meetings and calls.
Edits actualities, play-by-play highlights and audio from ESPN and NY local shows across all ESPN platforms. Will make decisions regarding the most relevant audio cuts for ESPN NY Audio and other ESPN platforms.
